By subscribing to BEST4K services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not purchase our services.

The Service

BEST4K provides IPTV subscription services delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and related features over the internet. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

Fair Use Policy

• The service is for personal, non-commercial use within your household.
• Reselling, redistributing or sharing your login credentials beyond your plan's connection allowance is prohibited.
• Using the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts the service for others is prohibited.
• We may suspend access if we detect abuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Subscriptions and Payment

• Plans: 3 months (£25.99), 6 months (£39.99), 12 months (£64.99). Prices in GBP.
• The optional adult channels add-on costs +£5 one-time per subscription period.
• Payment must be received before activation. Activation is typically instant.
• Prices are subject to change, but changes never apply to an already-paid subscription.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not provided except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Availability and Quality

We work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime and stable streams. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as streaming can be affected by your internet connection, ISP throttling, maintenance, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties.

Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, website content and materials associated with BEST4K are our property or the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEST4K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
